Wild and Crazy Guys

We are starting to experiment with crops to grow out longer and the two candidates or swiss chard and beets. These photos were taken after 2 weeks of growth but they are now ready to be delivered as part of our live trays selection.  The little plants are spectacular looking and provide such a flavorful kick. 

Pictured below are swiss chard and beets that have grown now for almost 3 weeks.  The chard and beets look so similar yet the taste of the beets are wonderfully earthy.  Truly spectacular longer growing crops.
